Leads the development of training frameworks and leadership pathways that equip mentors and board members to serve with confidence and consistency.
Aaron J. White serves as the Director of Training and Leadership Development for C.O.R.E. Impact, where he helps shape the organization’s approach to mentorship, leadership formation, and personal growth across communities.
A three-time graduate of South Carolina State University in Orangeburg, South Carolina, Aaron brings a strong academic foundation rooted in human development and counseling. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology (2014), Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling (2018), and Master of Education in Counselor Education – Secondary (2022). He also holds certifications as a Career Development Facilitator and School Counselor, equipping him with both theoretical knowledge and practical tools to guide individuals toward purpose and progress.
Aaron’s work is grounded in servant leadership and a deep commitment to helping others discover their potential. His experience working with students, mentees, and emerging leaders allows him to design training frameworks that are both relational and practical—meeting people where they are while challenging them to grow.
At C.O.R.E. Impact, Aaron plays a key role in developing leadership pathways, supporting mentor training, and ensuring that leadership development across chapters remains intentional, consistent, and values-driven. His approach emphasizes self-awareness, accountability, and service as foundational elements of effective leadership.
Guided by the belief that leadership begins with love and service, Aaron often reflects on the words of Dr. Cornel West: “You can’t lead the people if you don’t love the people. You can’t save the people if you don’t serve the people.” This philosophy informs his work and his commitment to building leaders who lead with integrity, compassion, and purpose.
Outside of his professional and community work, Aaron enjoys the freedom of the open road on his motorcycle and exploring new ideas through self-directed learning. He is also a proud member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated.
