Charlotte Chapter

Serving the Charlotte Metropolitan Area

The Charlotte Chapter of C.O.R.E. Impact focuses on urban youth mentorship, leadership development, and community engagement throughout the Charlotte Metropolitan Area. We connect youth and families with mentors and leaders from diverse backgrounds who are committed to helping individuals grow in confidence, identity, purpose, and faith.

In a fast-paced urban environment, many young people face pressure, isolation, and a lack of consistent support. The Charlotte Chapter exists to provide structure, mentorship, and community, creating a space where individuals are seen, supported, and empowered to grow from within.

Through team-based mentoring, leadership development, and service-driven initiatives, the Charlotte Chapter works to strengthen individuals, families, and neighborhoods—because healthier people help build healthier communities.

Being a CORE Impact mentor means joining a team — never serving alone. Our 4-mentor model prevents burnout, creates unity, and ensures every mentor is supported. Mentors grow in leadership, faith, purpose, and confidence while guiding youth together.

Mentorship

C.O.R.E Impact mentees receive guidance, support, and leadership from an entire mentorship team. This gives them multiple perspectives, emotional grounding, confidence, identity, and a community they can belong to.
