Ashley Kinloch Shearin is a proud native of Colleton County whose work is rooted in service, purpose, and a deep commitment to the well-being of individuals, families, and communities. Guided by both professional expertise and lived experience, she has dedicated her career to strengthening systems of care that promote healing, prevention, and long-term stability.

Ashley is a Certified Prevention Specialist through the South Carolina Association of Prevention Professionals and Advocates (SCAPPA) and holds a Master of Healthcare Administration, equipping her to lead with both evidence-based strategy and compassion. Her work reflects a belief that meaningful change begins early, is sustained through education and collaboration, and must be grounded in dignity and hope.

Through her leadership with the Colleton Pillars4Hope Workspace, Ashley advances initiatives centered on prevention, recovery, and community resilience—bringing together partners across sectors to address root causes and build pathways toward restoration and opportunity.

In addition to her professional work, Ashley serves on the Colleton Recreation Board and the Colleton County Chamber of Commerce Board, where she contributes to efforts that nurture youth development, community wellness, and economic vitality. Grounded in faith, service, and a love for her community, Ashley remains committed to empowering Colleton County residents and helping cultivate environments where individuals and families can flourish with purpose and hope
