This role ensures alignment with the organization’s mission while strengthening partnerships, supporting the local board, and guiding initiatives that empower youth and families throughout the community.

With over a decade of experience in education, workforce development, and community engagement, Montez has dedicated his life to helping individuals discover purpose and walk in it boldly. His leadership style is intentional, relational, and rooted in mentorship. He believes transformation happens through proximity, accountability, and love , not just programming.
Known as “The Pounce Coach,” Montez challenges individuals to aggressively pursue purpose with discipline, clarity, and excellence. His work spans youth development initiatives, restorative practices, workforce empowerment, and leadership coaching. Whether mentoring middle school boys, equipping professionals, or speaking to rooms of leaders, his message is consistent: leadership begins within.
Montez is passionate about faith-based impact, believing that strong families build strong communities , and strong communities build strong nations. He brings strategic thinking, heartfelt communication, and contagious energy to every space he enters.
