Wesley Clark is a purpose-driven operations leader committed to strengthening educational environments and empowering the next generation to thrive. Serving as a Business Operations Director with Movement Charter Schools in Charlotte, Wesley focuses on building sustainable systems that allow schools to operate with excellence, safety, and intentional support for scholar success. Originally from Durham, he carries a deep respect for community-rooted leadership and the transformative power of access to quality education.

Wesley is known for his steady, solutions-oriented approach and his ability to create structure that serves people not the other way around. He partners closely with school leaders to enhance operational effectiveness, streamline processes, and ensure campuses are equipped with the infrastructure necessary to support strong academic and cultural communities. His work reflects a belief that when systems are strong, students are positioned to excel.

Beyond his professional role, Wesley is a dedicated basketball coach and mentor who invests deeply in the development of young people both on and off the court.
