Krystal Seipp

Outreach Director

The Outreach Director helps strengthen community connections by building relationships, listening to needs, and creating pathways for involvement. Through presence and collaboration, this role supports individuals and families while helping CORE Impact remain rooted in the community it serves.

Krystal Seipp is a dedicated community leader whose work is grounded in service, resilience, and a deep commitment to people. Having called Colleton County home for many years, she carries a genuine passion for seeing individuals, families, and neighborhoods strengthened from within.

A devoted mother and lifelong mentor, Krystal has raised her children while also pouring into the lives of additional youth she considers family—many of whom are now adults building lives of their own. These experiences have shaped her belief that consistent presence, accountability, and support can change the trajectory of a person’s life.

Krystal’s personal journey has been marked by growth and perseverance. Through navigating real-life challenges, she has developed a leadership style rooted in empathy, humility, and authenticity. She understands that meaningful change begins when people feel seen, supported, and empowered to move forward with purpose.

Professionally, Krystal serves youth and families throughout the community while pursuing a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a focus on trauma-informed care and youth development. She is also completing certification as a Peer Support Specialist, equipping her to walk alongside individuals in moments of transition, healing, and growth.

At the heart of Krystal’s work is a conviction that lasting impact is built through relationships. She believes communities are transformed when people come together with intention, shared responsibility, and hope—and she is committed to helping create spaces where individuals and families can thrive for generations to come.
