Daysha was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, a city full of grit. She grew up in a community where building a better financial future wasn’t common knowledge, where people were doing the best they could with the little they had. Instead of letting that limit her, it created a calling to protect, uplift, and guide those who never had access to the information that should be available to everyone.

She became a real estate broker and realized that real estate unlocks access: access to opportunity, ownership, and generational stability. This realization ignited a fire in her to help others not have to navigate blindly the way she once did.

As the Event Coordinator for C.O.R.E Impact, she brings passion into every space she creates. Her events aren’t just gatherings. They are experiences designed to open minds, build confidence, and give people tools to imagine more for themselves. She speaks directly to those who feel overlooked or under-informed and believes you deserve access, knowledge, and a future you can be proud of.

Her mission is simple: to be a bridge and to help you step into possibilities you never knew existed. She carries this work with compassion, conviction, and a deep belief that when one person rises, the whole community shifts.
