Jadarius Bruce was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, where his passion for community service and youth development was formed. Growing up in the same city he now seeks to serve, he developed a deep appreciation for both the challenges and the untapped potential facing young people in his hometown.

He attended Western Carolina University, earning a degree in Criminal Justice, where he gained a strong understanding of systems, accountability, and the critical role that guidance and prevention play in shaping positive life outcomes. His academic background reinforces his belief that early mentorship, education, and character development are essential to long-term community well-being.

Professionally, Jadarius has held management roles across a variety of environments, developing strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. These experiences have equipped him to lead with structure, empathy, and integrity while effectively working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

As Youth Program Director, Jadarius is deeply passionate about teaching, mentoring, and supporting young people who are open to growth and new perspectives. His work is driven by a genuine calling to give back—helping youth recognize their worth, develop discipline, and envision meaningful, purpose-driven futures.
