Jameicia Thomas is a visionary leader, social worker, and community advocate dedicated to strengthening children, families, and emerging leaders through trauma-informed support, empowerment, and faith-centered guidance. As a member of the Central Board for C.O.R.E Impact Family, Jameicia brings a unique blend of professional skill, lived wisdom, and spiritual grounding to the organization’s mission of community transformation.
With a background in behavioral health, child-and-family systems, and clinical practice, Jameicia holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and serves within the behavioral health field, where she provides direct support to children and families navigating complex emotional, social, and developmental challenges. Her work is rooted in compassion, clinical insight, and a deep commitment to seeing youth thrive beyond their circumstances.
Jameicia is gifted in program development, leadership, strategic planning, empowerment-based coaching, and community engagement. She has developed and contributed to initiatives that strengthen resilience, promote wellness, and create safe spaces for healing and growth. Her professional passions include mental health advocacy, trauma recovery, faith-based empowerment, and equipping individuals to step into purpose with clarity and confidence.
She is also the founder of Allowyne’s Palace and Refine Academy, where she merges biblical principles with evidence-based practices to help women, youth, and families experience holistic transformation. Whether she is teaching, coaching, or developing community programming, Jameicia leads with excellence, integrity, and a heart for service.
Motivated by her calling to build, uplift, and ignite change, Jameicia remains committed to shaping environments where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to become who God created them to be.
