Jackson “Lee” Riley is a lifelong Lowcountry resident, husband to Rachel Elaine Riley, and father to their daughter, Mary Elizabeth Riley. He is a lifelong member of First Baptist Church of Walterboro, where he currently serves on the Properties Committee, supporting the church’s mission, facilities, and outreach efforts.

Riley graduated from Colleton Preparatory Academy in 2013 before earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice with honors from The Citadel. During his time there, he also played football and contributed as a long snapper on the 2015 and 2016 Southern Conference Championship teams. He is currently pursuing his Master’s Degree in Leadership at The Citadel.

He began his law-enforcement career in 2017 with the Walterboro Police Department, earning promotions to Corporal and Sergeant. In 2025, he joined the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office as part of the Narcotics Enforcement Team (NET), leading proactive, intelligence-driven operations focused on community safety. He also serves as a Senior Master K-9 Handler with the American Society of Canine Trainers International, working alongside his K-9 partner, Hydro.

Riley is the majority owner of R & B Pressure Washing, LLC, which has provided residential and commercial exterior cleaning services for more than five years. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys the traditions and natural beauty of the Lowcountry.

Guided by faith, service, and a deep connection to the community, Riley is committed to making a positive impact and building strong relationships across local churches and neighborhoods.
