Serves as the lead steward of the Colleton County Chapter, helping guide direction, build trust within the community, and ensure meaningful, mission-driven impact.
Rachen Pinckney is a native of Walterboro, South Carolina, where his commitment to service and community took root at an early age. A graduate of Colleton County High School, Rachen grew up with a deep desire to make a positive difference in the lives of those around him—especially within the community that helped shape him.
Known for his natural ability to connect with people, Rachen has a gift for seeing the potential in others and drawing out the good within them. This compassion, coupled with a strong sense of responsibility, has consistently guided his path. Whether through small acts of kindness or meaningful acts of leadership, he has always sought ways to support and uplift those in need.
Rachen’s dedication to service led him to become a member of the Walterboro Fire Department, where he continues to serve with integrity, courage, and consistency. His work as a firefighter reflects a life rooted in selflessness, teamwork, and a commitment to protecting and strengthening his community.
As President of the C.O.R.E. Impact Colleton County Chapter, Rachen carries this same heart for service into his leadership. He is passionate about building authentic relationships, creating positive connections, and helping individuals—especially youth—recognize their value, purpose, and potential. Through C.O.R.E. Impact, he is committed to fostering hope, unity, and transformation throughout Colleton County.
Rachen believes that real impact begins with genuine care, consistent presence, and a willingness to serve. His leadership is grounded in love for his community and a steadfast belief that lives can be changed when people are empowered, supported, and connected.
