Jibreel Clark-Oliver is a thoughtful, purpose-driven leader who believes meaningful change begins with both strong relationships and strong systems. With a professional background in public health and project management, he has worked alongside healthcare organizations, nonprofits, and government agencies to help teams move vision into action and improve outcomes for communities.

Currently serving as a Project Manager within a Charlotte-based health system, Jibreel supports initiatives that strengthen the well-being of Mecklenburg County residents. His work reflects his belief that sustainable impact requires collaboration, clarity, and intentional leadership.
